Appliance Removal
Our team will take your old appliance away to our local distribution centre when they deliver your new one. Removal must be done at the delivery location of your order.
You agree that removed goods are deemed to have zero value and become our property. We may dispose of them as we see fit. 

Rubbish Removal
Whether we are doing the install or you, we’ll unbox your oven, cooktop or freestanding stove & remove the packaging from your home. No need to find a home for that polystyrene! We’ll take care of it.

Installation
Installation services cover the setup of ovens, cooktops (excluding cooktops with integrated ventilation cooktops), and freestanding stoves purchased from us.

We'll disconnect the old appliance, install the new one and secure it in place with appropriate brackets and screws. We'll remove the rubbish, clean area and show you how to use your new appliance.

The installation assumes that the job can be completed by a single technician within one (1) hour.

For installations requiring additional effort, such as second-level setups, tight staircases, or handling large/heavy products (including those on plinths), a two-person team must be pre-booked. Additional fees may apply.

Please note that all cooktops and ovens specify different clearances and ventilation requirements. Appliances will not be installed unless cabinetry is to manufacturers specifications

This Installation Services Excludes;

  • Any modifications to existing cabinetry or benchtops, such as cutting or altering cooktop benches.
  • Wiring adjustments or upgrades. If our technicians identify that the existing wiring does not meet safety or compliance standards, they will inform you. It is your responsibility to hire a qualified electrician to resolve these issues before the installation can proceed.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Inform our team at the time of booking if the installation involves challenging conditions, such as stairs or narrow access points.
  • Pre-arrange any necessary electrical, cabinetry, or structural work to accommodate the appliance.
  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as inadequate preparation or access issues, may result in rescheduling or additional charges.

Limitations of Liability

  • While our technicians take the utmost care during installations, we are not liable for pre-existing issues with wiring, cabinetry, or other structural elements.
