Covid-19 Update

An update from the Heathcotes team on covid-19 (coronavirus).

We have always taken great pride in keeping our stores clean and well-run for our customers. To make sure we can keep on serving you to the standard you expect, we have put in place an updated cleaning and sanitising plan for each of our stores, across all our brands, to ensure they’re cleaned more frequently and with extra care. Our service team have also implemented extra cleaning procedures for all home installation and service visits.

On the Governments advice, effective from Thursday, 26 March 2020, our stores will be closed until further notice. We hope to re-open as soon as possible and will continue to assist our customers in any way we can.

During this time you can still shop online at www.heathcotes.co.nz however, deliveries will be delayed until stores reopen.

We are committed to safeguarding the health, safety and wellbeing of our customers, employees and communities and encourage you to let us know if you have any questions or concerns.

Online ordering and support
Our online store is still operating and you can place orders 24/7.

Please refer to our website and essential items page to see items that are available for delivery during the lockdown period. 

Once the restrictions have been lifted we will begin shipping orders as quickly as possible. Delivery and tracking information will then be sent out.

Outstanding orders 
We have done our best to get all outstanding orders dispatched before the lockdown. All small items that have been dispatched by NZ post will still arrive during the lockdown period. All NZ Post deliveries are automatically no contact.

Due to the restrictions around services, all large items sent by our freight company Fliways will be delayed until the lockdown is lifted. We do apologize for any inconvenience of this service.

We anticipate this to be a very busy time and we would encourage early bookings to avoid disappointment.
