Level 2 – Waikato

We have always taken great pride in keeping our stores clean and well-run for our customers. Our improved cleaning and sanitising plans have been maintained for each of our stores since the last lockdown - they’re cleaned more frequently and with extra care. Our service team also have extra cleaning procedures for all home installation and service visits.

We are committed to safeguarding the health, safety and wellbeing of our customers, employees and communities and encourage you to let us know if you have any questions or concerns.

Please use the Covid tracer app when you visit our stores. You will find the QR code posters at the entrance of all our stores. This will help keep yourselves and our Heathcotes team members safe and informed.

Level 3 – Auckland

Our online store is still operating and you can place orders 24/7.

We’re shipping with safety in mind. All NZ Post deliveries are contactless and will be left at your door or designated spot, regarding large appliance deliveries that are to Auckland in Level 3 – these will be contactless and drop off deliveries only.

As more information comes to light, we will shift our approach with regards to COVID-19 and update this page accordingly.
