We have always taken great pride in keeping our stores clean and well-run for our customers. To make sure our service is at a high standard, we have put in place an updated cleaning and sanitising plan for each of our stores, across all our brands, to ensure they’re cleaned more frequently and with extra care. Our service team have also implemented extra cleaning procedures for all home installation and service visits.
We are committed to safeguarding the health, safety and wellbeing of our customers, employees and communities and encourage you to let us know if you have any questions or concerns.
QR codes are available to capture your name, phone number and email for contact tracing purposes.
Online ordering and support
Our online store is still operating and you can place orders 24/7.
We’re shipping with safety in mind. All NZ Post deliveries are contactless and will be left at your door or designated spot, for deliveries that are to Auckland in Level 3 are contactless drop deliveries only.
