*Drive Away a Dream vehicle is a 2024 Volkswagen ID.4. Every $100 spent gives you one entry in the draw to win. Competition ends at 11.59pm Thursday 4th April 2024. Entries close 5pm 14th April 2024. One winner will be drawn 19th April 2024 and notified via phone or email.
This competition is run by Heathcote Appliances located at 84 Tristram Street, Hamilton 3204.
For valid entry into the competition, the form at www.heathcotes.co.nz/driveawayadream must be completed in full. For multiple invoice numbers/ receipts, a separate entry form must be completed. The amount of entries per invoice number/ receipt is automatically calculated.
There is no limit to the number of entries that can be made, however each entry will be issued when $100 is spent with Heathcote Appliances from 1/12/2023 until 4/4/2024. Entries are not available on Miele Kitchen & Laundry appliances.
Heathcote Appliances reserves the right to offer extra entries on purchases throughout the promotion without prior notice.
Prize may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash. Heathcote Appliances reserves the right to not supply any prize winners who have overdue accounts. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Prize winners consent to publication of their name and photograph in press, online, Facebook and on radio without any further compensation.
Prizes not claimed within 21 days of notification, will be forfeited and will remain the property of Heathcote Appliances.
Prize draw and collection may be delayed due to COVID-19.
Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 16+ only, with a current New Zealand Driver’s license. Employees of Heathcotes and their immediate families are ineligible to enter/ win. If any prize or offer is unavailable, Heathcotes reserves the right to substitute the prize or offer with a prize or offer to equal value and/or specification. Heathcote Appliances may vary these Terms and Conditions of Entry and may terminate, suspend, modify or cancel the promotion or the prizes at any time without notice.
