Comfort & Convenience
Neff TwistPadFire magnetic illuminated control dial: directly control the power with the illuminated and removable magnetic control knob.
17 power levels for each cooking zone: precisely adapt the heat with 17 power levels (9 main levels and 8 intermediate levels).
Keep warm function for all cooking zones: keep dishes warm at preset low power level.
LED display and timer with auto switch off for all cooking zones: switches off the cooking zone at the end of the time set (e.g. for boiled eggs).
Alarm clock: an alarm sounds at the end of the time set (e.g. for pasta).
Timer / Alarm clock: shows how much time has passed since starting the timer (e.g. for potatoes).
Time saving & Efficiency
PowerBoost: rapid heating for large pots of water, automatically turns off right on time to prevent overheating: boil water more quickly thanks to 50% more energy than at the highest standard level.
PanBoost function heats up the pan for 30 seconds at an extremely high power. To avoid burning the cooking zone then automatically reduces the power afterwards. Fast, safe and easy to use: heat up pans more quickly than at the highest standard level while protecting the pan coating.
PowerMove: allows you to divide your FlexInduction cooktop into three different heat zones; high, medium, and keep warm. Slide your pot across the zones to adapt the heat level, allowing you to focus on your seasoning instead of continuously adapting your heat settings: increase or decrease the power level simply by moving the pot forwards or backwards.
QuickStart: Quick and automatic first pot detection: when switching on, the cooktop automatically selects the cooking zone with cookware (placed in off-mode).
ReStart function: Quickly reinstates previous settings: in case of unintentional switch-off, restore all previous settings by switching on the cooktop again within 4 seconds.
Cooking Assistance
FryingSensor with 5 temperature levels. It maintains the selected temperature by continuously making automatic heat adaptations to maintain the temperature, making burning almost impossible: prevents overcooking with the automatic temperature regulation of the integrated sensor.
Safety
Residual heat indicator (digital 2 stage: H/h): indicates which cooking zones are still hot or warm.
Childproof lock: prevent unintended activation of the cooktop.
WipeProtection: wipe overboiled liquids without unintentionally changing settings (blocking all touch buttons for 30 seconds).
Automatic Safety switch-off: for safety reasons, heating stops after a preset time without interaction (customizable).
Energy consumption: shows the electricity consumption of the last cooking process.

- Replacement for products under $400: During the period of Your Cover, if Your Item costs less than $400 and it suffers a Breakdown, We will replace it with a new product or provide a Store Card.
- No Lemon Guarantee: During the period of Your Cover, if Your Item costs more than $400 and has been repaired three times under Your Premium Care Product Protection Plan, on the fourth time We will replace it with a new product or provide You with a Store Card.
- Repair Time Guarantee: If We take longer than 21 days to repair Your Item, We will replace it with a new product or provide You with a Store Card.
- Our 21 day guarantee commences from when the repairer has possession of Your Item and ceases the earlier of:
- The date the repairer sends to You or makes available to You Your Covered Item having completed repairs; and
- The date that is 21 days after the repairer received possession of Your Item.
- Fair Wear and Tear: We Cover mechanical or electrical breakdown of Your Item even as a result of Fair Wear and Tear.
- Free Assessment: We will not charge You for an assessment, even when no fault is found with Your Item.
- Free Freight Costs: During the claims process, We will Cover any freight costs associated with the handling of Your Item.
- Power Surge Protection: Your Item is Covered for a Breakdown caused by a power surge.
- Overseas Protection: Portable Items such as Laptops, Tablets, Mobile Phones and Digital Cameras that can be used whilst travelling overseas are Covered when they suffer a Breakdown whilst overseas.
- Small Business Cover: We provide Cover for laptops, desktops, tablets, printers and scanners used within a Small Business.
- Additional Benefits: Additional food spoilage and laundry service benefits are available in the event of a valid claim for the relevant Covered Item, even when the Covered Item fails due to Fair Wear and Tear.
- Transferability: Should You sell or gift Your Covered Item You can choose to transfer the Cover to the new owner of the Item.
