What you can expect while shopping in our stores in Alert Level 2:

• All Heathcotes stores are displaying NZ COVID Tracer QR codes at store entrances to assist with contact tracing.  Paper sign-in registers will be available for those unable to use QR codes.

• The Government has mandated that use of a face covering that covers your mouth and nose is required while in-store or waiting to enter if there is a queue. If you are exempt from the Government’s face mask requirements, please bring evidence of that exemption. Heathcotes reserves the right to refuse entry if these requirements are not met.

• Hand Sanitiser Stations will be placed at the entry of our stores for your use

• If you need help our staff are more than happy to help - please remember to keep 2m distance

Level 3 - Auckland

Our Warehouse team are still delivering to Auckland. All deliveries are contactless and are drop off to your door only.

Service, Appliance Repair & Air Con

Our service and air con teams are fully equipped for all home installation and service visits.

Our staff have all the required PPE and will maintain their distance during their visit.

Please use the Covid tracer app when you visit our stores. You will find the QR code posters at the entrance of all our stores. This will help keep yourselves and our Heathcotes team members safe and informed.
