Both front and rear cameras record in Full HD 1080P at 30FPS with optimised day/night recording, and the interior rear camera comes with an 8-metre cable which allows for installation in even the largest 4WD or family wagon. Audible safety camera alerts (including school zones) can be easily updated over WIFI every month, if needed.

If you add a SmartBox ($79), the MiVue™ ALTA DC will continue recording in parking mode when the engine is switched off and motion is detected around your vehicle. And it comes with a 32GB Endurance SD card.

Event Recording Mode

When the MiVue™ detects sudden changes in motion or an impact, the device instantly saves a protected video of the event for future analysis.

3-Axis G-Sensor

The 3-Axis G-Sensor, in the event of a collision shows the direction the impact came from, providing more information on how an impact happened.

Smart and Low Power Parking Modes*

When used with the Smartbox accessory, the built-in motion and shock detection technology, Smart mode can automatically start recording if your car is hit while parked.
