Pixbee is a new, safe and convenient way for parents and kids to stay in touch without the need for a smartphone. Pixbee allows your loved ones to make and receive phone calls, video calls, voice chat and message pre-approved contacts.
With no locked in contracts, simply insert a 3G/4G Nano SIM card from any compatible network provider across Australia or Zealand to be up and running with Pixbee in no time. Our free Pixbee App is available on both iOS and Android and has no monthly usage fees.
4G/Wi-Fi Video Calls
Check the location and status of your loved ones remotely through the Pixbee App. The built-in 2 megapixel camera supports 2-way Video and Voice calling.
GPS Tracking
Built-In GPS Tracking allows you to see your loved one’s location using the Pixbee App.
Remote Capture
Take an instant photo from Pixbee’s built-in camera remotely using the Pixbee 4G App via your smartphone.
Parental Control
Provide call or messaging access only to the contacts you approve. Incoming calls and messages from unknown or specific contacts can be blocked using Pixbee’s smart parent control functions.
Remote Lock/Shutdown Protection
Lock/Shutdown/Restart Pixbee remotely via the App to disable if lost.
Classroom Mode
Prevent unnecessary distractions during School time by using Pixbee’s Classroom Mode. Parents can choose to deactivate Video and Voice Calls, Messaging and chat functions.
No Social Media Access
With no internet access and no social media, keep them safe from cyber bullying and the distractions of social media.
Last Location & Lost Mode
If you accidently lose or misplace your Pixbee, you can use the Pixbee App to notify you of its last location when connected to 3G, 4G or Wi-Fi. The last location will continually send you update notifications if Pixbee changes location.
This product comes with a 24 month manufacturer's warranty.
In Stock Indicator
This feature is designed as an indicator only. Our stock levels are changing constantly and from time to time stock could go missing, get stolen or become faulty/damaged meaning this may not be 100% accurate. We do however endeavour to keep this as up to date as possible. We recommend calling ahead to your preferred store to confirm before ordering.
Delivery Time Frames
Please be patient with us. We’ll do our best to get your orders to you as fast as possible however, some orders may be delayed. Orders with multiple items may be delivered as separate packages. Once the order leaves our warehouse you will receive a dispatch email with tracking information.
Delivery time frames vary depending on location in New Zealand. Please allow for extra time if you are in a rural address.

Tracking Your Order
Heathcotes partner with Courier Post & Fliway Transport to deliver your order direct to your door.
Please note delivery drivers are unable to enter your house.

Freight Rates
The easiest way to calculate freight cost when viewing an item is to click the "Calculate Freight" link and then enter your postcode. If you are ordering multiple items, often there will be a freight saving - the total freight cost will be displayed at shopping cart time.

National Delivery Network
For smaller orders, we use CourierPost's network, for larger orders we use Fliway's Delivery Network. All orders must be signed for on delivery so we know that your purchase has been delivered successfully.
