The Punk Rider takes on board the feedback and experience gained with the last 3 years of production, and comprehensively completes the ‘list of wants’ for today’s scooter riders.

Riders wanted cool modern styling, self-sealing tyres, reliable low-maintenance drum brakes, clear indicators, side lights for visibility, extreme water-resistance, as well as performance and range. And boy, have Punk delivered!

The Punk Rider offers an IPX6 grade of weather-resistance, the highest available on a scooter at this level. Full-length LED strip lights create a highly visible night-time outline, and full-length indicators make your riding intentions clear to other road users.

The super-clear and bright display with cool-as retro digital dash cluster is another class-leading feature every owner will appreciate. No more squinting in the sunlight.

Performance is smooth and predictable, with plenty of zip from the 600W motor, although for heavier riders and very hilly terrain we recommend doubling the power with the Punk Rider Pro ‘dual motor’ model.

The Punk Rider ticks so many boxes that we fully expect it to be an overnight success in New Zealand. We love that the factory has listened to our feedback and acted on it to create an excellent commuter scooter for a wide range of uses.
